Richard Levine is an American motion picture writer and producer. He is an Executive Producer and writer for the first season of Boss. He co-wrote the episodes "Swallow" and "Spit" with his writing partner Lyn Green. He left the crew at the close of the first season. He has also worked on the series First Monday, Stark Raving Mad, and Nip/Tuck. He wrote the film Every Day (2010).
