A Pharmaceutical Drug Dealer supplies drugs to the rich and powerful.
Biography[]
Season 1[]
He meets Kane in a park at night to give him drugs. He almost walks away from the deal when Kane breaks his rule that he stay off his phone. He relents and gives Kane the pills. Kane asks him if he recognizes him and he says that he does not.[1]
