Howie Johnson is an American actor. He co-stars as a Police Officer in the second season episode "Louder Than Words". He has also appeared in the series ER, Prison Break, The Chicago Code, and Shameless and the films The Express (2008), The Informant! (2009), Contagion (2011), and Our Fathers (2011).
