She books Walsh on a tour of moderate sized cities throughout Illinois so she can campaign for governor. Walsh criticizes the strategy as lacking ambition, believing that she already has the support of her base and needs to focus on the populous of Chicago. She cancels the tour to campaign in Chicago itself.[1]
