Season 2[]
Mona Fredericks approaches Vukovich about voting against Mayor Tom Kane's ordnance to redevelop the Lennox Gardens housing project. Vukovich agrees in exchange for Fredericks promise of support on a bill she plans to introduce. Kane has Vukovich pulled over, knowing that she is an alcholic and suspecting that her loyalty has wavered. He then has his aide Ian Todd visit her with a promise to help with the charges against her in exchange for her renewed support.[1]
